Control panel
The control panel is powered via a mains plug and has an internal battery back-up. It wirelessly networks all your security sensors and cameras, while also connecting the system to the outside world via the internet and mobile phone networks. The panel allows the alarm to be set and unset and has a built-in speaker and alarm sounder.
Internal Wi-Fi camera PTZ
Our high-resolution internal camera can be used to check on your home whenever you need to via the App, as well as checking up on your pets. It also plays a critical role in helping our 24/7 monitoring services confirm if a break-in is genuine once an alarm has been triggered.
Door and window contact sensor
This is a small, discreet sensor, used to protect main entry points. It is fitted using 3M ultra-strong adhesive strips and is self-powered, so no holes/drilling are required. It can be set to trigger instantly or provide a delay to allow alarm deactivation by normal users. This is the most reliable device to create an initial alert during a break-in. It can also be programmed to chime when a door opens.
Remote
Works like a car remote sending a wireless signal to the alarm hub when a button is pressed. Each button has a function: Arm, Disarm, Home Mode, or SOS. The signal is encrypted, so only your alarm hub can recognise it which prevents copying or interference. It has a range of 30 – 100m depending on the system and environment so you can control the system from the street or your drive.
Key fob
Our RFID tag (or key fob) is a small, wireless device that stores a unique digital ID. Used to arm/disarm the security system without you having to remember a code. Each tag has a unique code, so only authorized tags can control the system.
There is an option send an SMS or app notification whenever a tag is used.
External Wi-Fi camera
Our high-resolution external camera can be used to check on your drive, paths or entry points via the App. It has a long wireless range and can play a critical role in helping our 24/7 monitoring services confirm if a break-in is genuine once an alarm has been triggered.
Pet friendly motion sensor
Detects changes in heat (infrared energy) profiles, so it can detect every person, animal or warm object. The PIR lens splits the area into zones (like slices of a pie) and when something warm (like a person) moves across zones, the sensor detects a change and triggers a message to the alarm hub. If the system has been set and a second detection is made, then this activates the alarm or sends an alert, depending on the system.

External bell box (solar powered)
The solar powered external alarm box avoids one of the main issues with traditional external bell boxes by keeping the internal battery topped-up and greatly extending the service life.
